Midwest Design Homes, Inc. is unique because we have our own in-house excavating company. To our knowledge, we are the only builder in Wisconsin that provides this additional service. We can also assist you in finding the perfect lot for your new home. Our excavating company is a third generation business, having over 100 years experience working with all types of building site conditions. We visit the site, prepare the lot, help determine the placement of your new home on the site, and finally, dig the basement. When the time is right, we will do the rough grading.
