Greenville WI is still in high demand when it comes to people’s pick of where to build and where to live in the Fox Valley! Subdivisions here combine a more rural feel while still being conveniently located to Hwy 41 and the Fox River Mall. One of the newest additions to Greenville is the Towering Pines subdivision!
This 70-80 lot subdivision off Hwy 96 has city sewer and water and is part of the Greenville/Hortonville school district. It is divided into four phases with 20-25 lots in each phase. Phase one and two make up the lots in a loop connecting Glennview Drive and Prescott Drive and are available to build in now.
The lots average in size between 16,000 sq ft and 24,000 sq ft and some back up to private outlots from the older subdivision Towering Pines borders. Others back up to a pine tree border on Prescott Drive’s north side.

But don’t rely on GPS to get you here, these streets are too new! To find Towering Pines, take Hwy 96 out of Appleton (WI Ave Exit off Hwy 41) and head west, turn right on Glennview Drive across from the Chaska Golf Course and that road will take you right to Prescott Drive!
